The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am - 2 pm  and  one hour before shows.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Solo and your tickets can be posted or held for collection.  We cannot send out concessionary tickets.

Unpaid reservations can be taken but full payment must follow within three days.
 
Concessions are available for over 60s, Friends of the Eastgate (Films only), full time students, young people aged 16 and under, members of entertainment unions and those in receipt of job-seekers or disability allowance.

Special Needs

The Eastgate is fully accessible for people with disabilities and the theatre is equipped with an infra-red system for use with or without a hearing aid.  There are six wheelchair spaces in the auditorium; please contact the Box Office to arrange seating.
